Absolutely fabulous trip! My wife and I went to celebrate my birthday and we had an amazing time. From the moment we were greeted and checked in by Star, to the moment we left was just perfect. Star welcome us warmly. Our room was fantastic! Really spacious, clean and comfortable. Super comfy bed and excellent bathroom with a separate shower and bath. We used the pool and spa facilities, all of which were spotlessly clean and so relaxing to use. We decided to eat in the restaurant in the evening after having a drink in the Gin bar. Each and every member of staff was welcoming, approachable and engaging. The food was really good, and service brilliant. Needless to say that we will be stay here whenever we’re in Newcastle! Thank you to everyone who made our stay so good!

We stayed for one night to meet up with ex colleagues from Germany over on business. The hotel is very good and immaculately clean. What stood out for us was the great service from the lovely team. They are all excellent. Didn't get all the names but I can recall Star, Kirsty, Hamish, Jamila Dan, and Leon who are a credit to your hotel. Thankyou PS breakfast excellent

I have stayed at the Crowne Palace at the end of December, me and my girlfriend. The hotel is really nice, simple decorations but with style. Rooms was ver spacious and clean. Service was lovely and so was the buffet breakfast. The Crown Palace is located behind the Central Station, around 10/15 minutes walking from the town centre. If you are going by car, they have a partnership with the Stephenson Quarter Car Park which is located behind the hotel. Well done Crown Palace!

We have stayed here a couple of times at this particular hotel and its about time I wrote a review. While RR was working in the day I had such fun exploring both the hotel and Newcastle. Newcastle is a stunning city and no matter how often you visit there is always something new to see. Even when he actually lived in Washington we still visited Newcastle for nights away to explore together. So if you're unsure as to visit Newcastle then do - it can be very romantic ! I love how close to the train station the hotel is too - just around the corner, a 8 minutes walk with a suitcase. The hotel is gorgeous. We stayed as usual in the rooms that allow you access to the lounge and the lady in there while we were there was so happy to help with everything. I am gluten free and Sally went out of her way to find me some lovely gluten free treats on every visit. When you have allergies it is always concerning when eating out so to find someone so conscientious is wonderful. The rooms were beautiful as usual, the restaurant and the bar food were brilliant , all members of staff were lovely and helpful. I can not complain about anything. I look forward to visiting again soon.

The staff and hotel were great. Nice and clean and the decor modern and trendy, just a couple of minutes from the station Couldn't fault the room, although there was an air con vent which made some very odd noises at certain times of the night We only stayed the one night and were looking forward to using the spa, which was both packed and full of kids. Common sense would suggest a rota based system where guests could sign up to a specific time slot, both transparent and manageable. It was just a free for all and we ended up waiting over an hour to use the spa. Breakfast was fantastic however the staff were not clearing down the tables as they became free, which meant a huge queue of guests waiting to be seen to a table. Overall a nice stay but with a few simple changes could be pretty much perfect

Stayed first time in this hotel, amazing hotel, very clean and so friendly Staff, I feel people go extra mile to please you and you don’t get this in uk very often. The gentleman in the kitchen Michael so friendly and caring, I think he really stands out. The lady in reception Alex so funny made me laugh and again so helpful. Also Kasia got dressing gown for pool. There are couple ladies more but yes I be coming back again here and it’s so important to keep this standards in uk.. just having breakfast so I thought to write review.
